In Partnership with Membertou First Nation, Two Row Architect and Fathom Studio are creating the comprehensive master plan for the proposed Seventh Exchange commercial district. This development of a 35-acre property is focused on creating a unique and pedestrian-friendly retail experience, which will also add usable outdoor spaces for the urban and progressive Mi’kmaq community.
