The site has been developed to respond to a variety of issues regarding safety of pedestrian and vehicle traffic and building location.
Vehicle approach to the building is separated from pedestrian traffic. Exterior amenities have been situated according to site drainage and for minimal environmental impact to existing bush lines and greenery. The structure is orientated to enhance proximity of building entrances to exterior amenities and existing infrastructure. The building encourages a relationship with the environment by allowing natural light penetration and orientation of room views to the outdoors.
